At Starbucks we give our coffee grinds to anyone who asks so they can mix it in the dirt for their garden. Every year it makes me want to start a garden. Yes, it is very hard work!
My wonderful husband was so excited for my new "project". He worked so hard to get the garden going for me. Here are the starting pictures; Texas has very hard clay. The mixture of all the dirt looks so neat. 
Being in Texas it takes a lot more to keep a garden going. The heat alone is against you. I only got a few plants to go into my garden in case it didn't work out.
I planted 2 tomato plants, a lavender plant, oregano and a rosemary bush. Well, one tomato plant is barely hanging on... but the other is a goner. 
My rosemary bush, and my oregano is taking off. Everyone should have a rosemary bush it makes you feel like you are a good gardener

.I have a wild Mornig Glory plant that makes me feel so happy. Every year it comes back and this plant also makes me feel like I am a good gardener, but God gave me this plant. I don't believe it would look so good if I planted it.
